Felicia Andrews founded the non-profit Team 313 in her home city Detroit upon returning home from extensive experiences in South Africa with KPMG and the African Union. She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University and has a Law degree from the University of Michigan with a focus on trade law. Felicia’s experiences in project management, strategic planning, and community development as well as the previously stated accounting background have prepared her for her position with the City of Detroit Purchasing Department.
